3. Approve the budget and time frame and make any deposit payments and we begin your project immediately.
4. Once we have preliminary drawings completed we will submit them for approval and make any changes if needed before preparing the final drawings.
5. We guarantee your project will be on time and in budget.
6. Tell us the city and state you live in so that we can check your local building requirements for a construction permit. Also, tell us the approximate size (dimensions) of your remodel/addition or new project.
7. Once we receive this information from you, we will e-mail you the cost of our fee.
8. If you are a new customer and you are ready to use our services, we will ask for an advance. Paypal and Google is fast, easy and free to you.
